About

A gastropub overlooking the bay at Rhoscolyn on Anglesey's west coast, The White Eagle got a £1m restoration after the Timpson family bought it in 2007 and is now a destination pub in its own right. The garden and terrace fill up on sunny days, and the restored building's floor-to-ceiling gable window frames the water beautifully from inside. It's a sister pub to the Oyster Catcher in Rhosneigr under the same Flock Inns group, with a stylish apartment above for anyone wanting to stay the night.
